Marlan Collier Founder/President of the Clinton Township Tarheels. Mr. Collier has been coaching Lil League Football since 2011. Currently coaches High School Varsity Football with dreams of someday coaching on the college level. Following in his mother footsteps Mr. Collier always dreamed of founding a youth organization in loving memory of his deceased mother.
